  1. Trail run at the fort as soon and much as possible

    you can't replicate trails w/ road miles.

     

    Pull-ups and broad jumps will help you tremendously. The website has a workout for prep. Good thing about June is that it isn't October. You won't be freezing.

     

    We are setting up an obstacle course at the Compound. 100 acres of trails to run, climb, jump, crawl under, etc...

     

    We are currently in the market for some used monkey bars if anyone has a lead.
