IMO the bigger question is how KHSAA accounts for geographical location of a particular school and how that impacts the situation.

Harrison Co. scrimmages Franklin Co. Friday Aug. 12 7:30 PM at Franklin Co.

Harrison County has the majority of their skill players returning and O-Line and D-Line as well. I look for them to improve on their record from last year. They will have high expectations with the group that is returning. Coach Carroll also has had an entire off season to get the Breds ready. That will make a big difference.
