What a game! Bellevue goes up 1-0 in the 1st, Highlands comes back with 3 runs in the 2nd, Bellevue ties the game, Highlands adds another run in the 4th, Bellevue breaks through with 5 in the 5th, going up 8-4. Highlands comes right back with 4 in the top of the sixth to tie (3 run homer for Head), Bellevue scores 2 in the bottom of sixth and then holds on in the 7th, Jimmy Scott striking out Rosenhagen to end the game. A great game to watch. Scott goes the distance for Bellevue, not sure who started for the Birds. Sainola (I think) hits one out for Highlands.

Congrats to Liggett (both a save & a home run) and good to see Hebel's name in the box score, great job!

C.Thompson goes all the way in this game for Bellevue. Newport had runners on the 1st and loaded the bases in the 7th, but couldn't score.
