Congrats to the Tigers on a great season they just couldn't pull through at the end. Fangman is a heck of a player and I hope to see him play on the college level. Watching this game gave me hope for next season with all the talent that they will still have.

Where is this game played at?
-
Beechwood playing New Cath in the finals with the breds winning easily
-
-
Huge win for the bulldogs since they will probably be the number 1 seed in the district now

Its going to be interesting to see how the Tigers recover from this loss

Cov Cath is one of the best teams in the region, Beechwood is marginal at best. Now way CC does not come into this game fired up. the crazies will be crazy and the colonels will win big.
Not all of the colonels crazies will be there because somehow this game always seems to end up as the same day as Cov Caths Silverbells dance :sssh:

Word has it that Vocke has quit to focus on football not sure if thats true or not

Any one else hear the hot rumor around Fort Mitchell? Taylor Smith[brother of AJ Smith] may play basketball. He is 6'5 and could be a force in the post! Any truth to this?
He could definitely add some more depth to the post but I dont think his skills will be as sharp as AJ's

Beechwood will be fairly big but slow this year. Expect Fangman to carry the load for the Tigers.

Good game by Chase Cox for by beechies tonight. Bringing back to the Mitchell
There doesn't seem to be a Chase Cox on Beechwood's roster...

Beechwood in 3 games

Nahhh, you can't miss what you haven't had. He hardly played at all last year. I am not saying he isn't a good football player. I am just saying that he did not contribute that much last year and will not be missed. They have two juniors that are over 6'2" that can play defensive end. Plus, they worked Brilz in at end last year in case one of them plays on the offensive side of the ball. I am not concerned about losing Larimore.
Losing your best athlete would be a blow to any team. Larimore will be missed this year.

Darrick Brilz shouldnt be in this conversation. Austin Bergfeld is the go to guy when you need runs and has a lot of heart.Beechwood's entire team is underclassmen so where do I start? It really is hard to single any out because there are so many talented young players .The two juniors who are impressing the most so far are probably Josh Bertke and Michael Colosimo. In the sophomores Darrick Brilz is probably the one to keep an eye on.
