The reason Cov Cath and Highlands were allowed to move up is because they ask to. I know for a fact that Beechwood only stayed in class 1a to win some state titles and with the hope to move up later. When this all went down every team had a chance to move up but Beechwood chose to stay down. :ylsuper::dancingpa

Don't be surprised if he returns. I think he is frustrated by injury issues right now. It is 50/50 IMHO so I wouldn't be surprised either way but the Tigers could sure use his help.

:laugh: I dont think anybody in the 9th region is going to beat Holmes they didnt really lose anybody and they are last years state winners I dont see Highlands beating Holmes sorry.

Holmes lost Dominique Johnson who was a key player in their offense towards the end of their season. And I also think that if Highlands has a hot night and the Bulldogs are slacking then the birds will win.

Because everybody is over looking Bellevue like they are nothing they are going to suck, but they only really lost two people just like Beechwood. Well you all can say Beechwood ninth region but you cant say that until it happens.

I dont know how you can argue that a team, that I cant even remember the last time they made the region, will be one of the top teams next year. And if both teams lost about 2 players and Beechwood coming off of a season winning the region, how is Bellevue better than Beechwood?:confused:

The left side of Beechwoods infield is as good as any, with Bertke and Larimore.
