Congrats to Dave, he is a better person than he is a football player, got to know his family over the years, they are great folks.

Yes they will both go to Columbus. Proud of them both as they went through an extremely tough selection process to be selected for these scholarships.
Glad to hear, an opportunity you just can't pass up. Best of luck to them both.

Great win for the Cards, after the debacle that was the Virginia game it was a great bounce back win.
-
Good luck, great opportunity to help build the program from the ground up...aren't they playing in the same conference as Georgetown?
Best of luck to Deondre

Heard this rumor a while back, glad to hear he is going to play closer to home, good luck.

Congrats to Bo, looks like LW is targeting NKY, good program getting quality young men. Good luck!

God Awful, my comment was that I hope this was to support some sort of charitable cause.....naturally my son and his friend thought they were awesome....can't figure out what's wrong with those boys.
-
I do like their chances, as well as they have played they are still flying under the radar....seems as though they are relishing the fact that know one is paying attention.

Congrats to Jared, the young man has one heck of a leg on him, IMO its a steal that LWC got him.
-
Congrats Maleek, got the chance to see him play a few times....man was he disruptive! Good luck at Union, I can see him being one heck of a 3 technique.
-
Congrats to Dillion, well deserved, best of luck in the Motor City!

Sorry I missed this one, I was on the wrong end of my 2 point prediction!

I'm going to try and make the game, will be tough....I'm going BW by 2 in a nail biter.

This game just reinforced what is so obvious but that the experts don't talk about much. Arizona won the game for one primary reason...luck. Palmer played incredibly badly most of the game and was lucky to not have thrown one or two more red zone picks. A GB DB flat out dropped one right in his hands and the TD to Floyd was a joke. Total luck...nothing else as usually a ball that is deflected like that gets picked. I really did not care who won that game but AZ seemed to get the breaks to me...
The Hail Mary by GB was incredibly lucky too. I will give Rodgers A LOT of credit on that as very few QB's could have even gotten that pass off the way he was being chased to his left and had to throw it across his body...crazy!
One thing that was NOT Luck was Fitz...total stud...love him...
Not to mention the offensive pass interference that was not called on the Cards, great game, but I hate it when Carson Palmer wins anything, Period.

The Semis are on a Saturday night next season. It is also 12/31 so that isn't going to help things.
Probably not, but I for one will have an adult beverage while watching the games, and let the amateurs go out for the night.

I know that as a Kentucky basketball fan, I want Florida to lose every game, and most of my friends feel the same way about Florida basketball. But they root for Florida football when they aren't playing Kentucky. I just don't understand this. That is my biggest problem with the SEC honestly. I just don't understand why they all root for each other when they don't play each other. It makes me want to root against the SEC as a whole because I feel like they all root for the SEC as a whole. I really don't like to do that because I actually like Kentucky (I went to school there) and Tennessee (because my mom is a big Tennessee fan so I got a little bit of that from her). But I just don't understand rooting for your rivals. Yeah I know that your rivals winning makes you look good too just by affiliation, but they are going to win/ lose whether you root for them or not. So why not root against them. Maybe it's because I grew up with the Ohio State/ Michigan rivalry and the SEC rivalrys just aren't as intense as that. But I know, I want Michigan to be 0-12 every year. I don't care who they play. I hate Bama too, but if Michigan played Bama I would want them to do to Michigan what they did to MSU. I just wish teams in the same conference would actually go back to hating each other. I personally believe college football would be better for it.
I would disagree about the SEC not having intense rivalries, Alabama vs Auburn is right there with OSU vs Michigan.

Complicating an otherwise easy decision for the Kellers, they received word yesterday that they are each finalists for the Evans' Scholarship at Ohio State. That is a 4 year renewable full tuition and room/board scholarship. Not bad for "Plan B"!! Good luck on the interview, boys - and then good luck deciding! Bright futures.
Wow, you are right, good luck deciding. Either is a great opportunity!

Watched SDS return the opening kickoff for a TD and turned the game off! UC didn't get within 5 yards of the return man, effort was terrible.

Zero.
A guy can at least hope can't he?
