I agree FATQB the younger players coming up through the system seem to struggle and be a little behind of where they should be, I think all of the coaches from the 6th grade coach up to the varisty coach needs to implement a system and stick with it work together instead of these kids learning a new system everytime they move up. This would have kids learning and playing the same style and system for at least six years makes things much easier and simple the kids will know what to expect. I'm a graduate of Bourbon County and have seen this personally.
