What does Bourbon Co need to do to improve in 2008/2009? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

What do they got coming back, and where are they scrimmaging, are they in the Harrison County Scrimmage again this year.

The younger group coming up has struggled in the past. Hopefully they can come together to make a good year and don't have to go through what the football team went through. Maybe the parents and adm. will let them play, and the coaches do their job.

I agree FATQB the younger players coming up through the system seem to struggle and be a little behind of where they should be, I think all of the coaches from the 6th grade coach up to the varisty coach needs to implement a system and stick with it work together instead of these kids learning a new system everytime they move up. This would have kids learning and playing the same style and system for at least six years makes things much easier and simple the kids will know what to expect. I'm a graduate of Bourbon County and have seen this personally.

I agree there should be a better plan, most programs try to run what the varsity runs.
