Notre Dame Academy defeated St. Ursula in a 3 out of 5 match , 25/18 , 25/19 , 25/21 .

They have a very good defense, in my opinion. Unfortunately, they hit a number of ball out of bounds though which cost them. It was their first game of the season though so maybe they just needed to get over the first game jitters.

Yes it was announced yesterday that Jen Woolf is unfortunately having to take a leave of abscence and Andrea, the current assistant coach, will be the Head coach and Matt will be assisting her.

I guess I thought that in the "Roundup" section they mention 5 of the 8 games played, why not all of them? Obviously St.H should be mentioned, they deserve that. Guess we were spoiled with more NKY team coverage with the Post and had hopes that it would not be this bad. But it is early in the season, keep the optimism. NDA won in 2. First game 25-7 and the second 25-11. Freshmen and JV also won in 2. :thumb: What a shame that they can't cover the girls but do about a coach retiring. There are a lot of games being played so there is plenty to report on. Oh well we just have to be that voice I suppose.:thumb:

Happend again last night at the NDA and SK game, while I realize this was not a St. H vs Mercy LV game, you would have thought at least the scores would have been reported.
