The only thing overrated in the big 12 is Sam Bradford. The Heisman trophy winner couldn't get it done against the real Heisman.

Despite the horrible loss last night the McCreary Central the Warriors redeem themselves with a 20 point win. T.T. Wooldridge and Trevor Jones both helped out tremendously and Aaron Young had a break out game as well.

As I said, weren't they pretty much locked in to the 2/3 slots? :sssh:

Yeah unfortunatly the Warriors and Raiders are the 2 and 3 seeds in the district...but however I think everyone knew before the season began that Somerset would be the 4 seed in their district.

If SW would have beaten McCreary tonight and again at there place and If SW beat Wayne Co. at the reservation that would have put the warriors and Wayne in a first place tie. And a coin flip would have been required to determine the #1 seed.

However with the warriors loss tonight it locks up the #1 seed for Wayne. And Mccreary and SW will be the 2-3 seeds in the first round of the district.

The Warriors go to the Briar Patch tomorrow night. Whats the outcome going to be?

When did I say that there was not a difference between Southwestern and Wayne County?

Was told by some fans that Wayne is really playing well now. Saw where they beat Moore and I think they are ranked and now they give Eastern( what are they ranked?) a good game. Woods must have the Cards playing real well. warrior69 did you see all these games at Wayne this week?

No today was the first day that I have been able to go and watch any games down there. We had been playing in LaRue County in a tournament over there and we just got back yesterday.

Parental motivation to attend is psychologically unhealthy, and in virtually every instance, is not motivated by a reason other than to create difficulties for the coach. This is normally due to the lack of playing time that the child of the parent is receiving and is not about what is best for the team as a group. Umbilical cords are universally severed in the delivery room, therefore they should never extend into the gym during practices.

Eastern got lucky in this one. I have seen Eastern play all through the Christmas Tournaments and they did not look like the Eastern team that we played in the Captiol City tournament a week ago. Good game by Wayne County and good luck the rest of the season.

I think I might have found it. Example, A shot hits the rim and goes over the backboard out of bounds. Since no individual actually rebounded the ball it would be recorded as a team rebound for the non shooting(defensive) team. Or a shot is blocked out of bounds. The offensive team would get credit for a team rbound.

Wayne County has always had a very good free throw shooting team, they very well coached and have some of the best sportsmanship in the 12th Region good luck to the Cards the rest of the season.

Southwestern had a nine point lead with about 2 mins to go in the fourth. They blew it. I want to thank all of Western Hills staff for the hospitality that they showed while we were there. It was kinda of weird to be invited to play in the tournament and then turn around on the last day and help you out with the clock. You all have a great team and the best of luck the rest of the season.

Louisville Eastern just absolutely played good team basketball. Very good team probably will win this tournament.
