I dont know Coach Dodd personally but have talked to him one on one on a few occasions based on connections I have at the school. My opinion is based on my opinion and others around him.

I recall sitting at the region championship two years ago when we beat elliot. Sitting behind me were two older men who were decked out in Russell gear head to toe. When Elliot started to make a run at the end these two men started cheering for them, talking about how that if Russell were to win then Dodd would be in the head coaching position for another few years. I do not call this love. I also live in the Russell district and graduated there myself in 1982 and I have not heard I kind word said about him since he got here. I have talked to former parents and even co-workers of his at the school who think he is a total creep. Based on what Ive heard from very reliable sources I think he is a total creep. I would not want my child in any type of contact with him at all. I know both of these young men and their parents and I think that they totally made the right decision. They just couldn't take it any longer.
