cshs 81, I didn't mean to panic. I think you missed understood what I'm saying. Coach Brossart knows where this program can go. Not saying that this team is not like others. We just know where we can go and we want to help as much as we can. That's a good thing. That's all. We want to let them, the players know, what it means to us and that we want to help. That's it. We'll be just fine. No panic in this Colonel.

OK guys......CCH is 1-4, big deal. We all know deep down it doesn't matter until week 11 unless you're playing in Ohio, and last time I checked we are in KY. Records don't mean anything. Look at CCH's schedule. I mean I'm prouder of being 1-4 and playing tough games week in and week out than I would be if we we're 4-1 or whatever playing easy games. Losing teaches you something way more than winning against the easy teams. IN the long run, CCH will be better off so let's not give them a hard time and say things like "even after losing what they had last year, i would expect better than this." Come playoff time, CCH will already have played and went through the toughest teams they will face so that means they will be battle tested. I'm confident in this team. The seniors will step up just like every year and finish this season with pride regardless of there record. But to be fair, let's give some credit where credit is due and Dayton and Bellevue, you have gotten my attention and respect so keep up the hard work, it will pay off.

You know as a CCH alum('02), I have tremendous respect for Highlands. I was honestly expecting a blow out. If you sit back and watch and see the whole picture, there is no reason to act foolish and bash anyone. After the game, I could've bashed many Highlands fans and even smarted off to Chris Collinsworth who was standing right next to me, but what would that do? Instead I thanked them for coming and wished them a safe trip home and good luck the rest of the season. Why? It just feels like the right thing to do. I and many of us CCH alums we're not brought up to act like that just as I'm sure many others from Highlands, Ryle, and whoever weren't brought up like that. So point being, let's sit back, enjoy each others perspectives and be friendly. Life is too short to argue and bash other Northern Kentuckians and more importantly fellow americans. On a side note though, I and a few other CCH alums do care about this program and after talking to Coach Brossart after the game and when the crowd was already gone, about 3pm, we discussed "how" we can bring this program to the top. A few former players who have played at WKU against the likes of Auburn, and Georgia the past few years have taken an interest in getting this program to where it should be, ie(weights, attitude, intensity, toughness). Just thought I'd pass that on to any CCH backers who we're interested.
