Weather looks to be around 44 degrees at kickoff time. Temperature could get as low as 37 degrees by the end of the game. Not too bad when you compare it to last week.

Hoping it’s a good game and both teams come out healthy. Good luck to both! I’ll take Corbin for a 14 point win. 

Central seems to be playing extremely well. Cortez Stone is scary good. Looks like the QB runs the ball quite a bit as well.

It’s going to be hard to vote against Boyle County. Most teams aren’t very successful running the ball against the Rebels. Frederick Douglass was the exception and we all see what kind of season they are having. I think maybe one other team eclipsed the 100 yard mark on the Rebels all season and that was Bowling Green. I could be wrong on that.
 

I’ll take Boyle County at home but not sure on the score yet.

I believe this is the 6th consecutive year. My math may be wrong, but the years would be 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and now 2022. In 2016 Boyle County fell in the 2nd round to State Championship runner up Louisville Central. Impressive, nonetheless.

I don’t think Boyle did a onside kick.  The kicker was kicking it hard on the ground and it hit the front lineman and bounced back towards Boyle and they recovered it.  Almost happened again but the lineman dodge the ball.  

Regardless, I think that was the intent.

Henderson is a great team. They gave Boyle County a tough game early in the season so I figured it would be a tight one. Congratulations to Male! 

Lexington Catholic was in the game when Boyle County made a field goal to go up 27-14. But a few unfortunate errors happen and Boyle County made them pay. Catholic got a few first downs the next possession but fumbled the ball. Boyle County drives down to score making it 34-14. Boyle County then kicks a gutsy onside kick and recovers. Rebels then drive down to score again making it 41-14. Ballgame.
