Jim Schue Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 The nightmare scenario played out as scripted for E'town fans, as the top-seeded Panthers fell to a North Hardin club on a roll after the return of three key seniors who were suspended for a large chunk of the season. Jujuan Akins, one of the five suspended players (two were reserve underclassmen), went for 17 points and 10 boards for North. Sam Coachman, one of the other suspended seniors, hit 5-of-9 three-point tries in a 15-point night. Trojans will take on John Hardin for the 17th District championship.
gold sunrise Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Wow, I didn't know about all the suspended players returning.
Ed Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Wow, I didn't know about all the suspended players returning. I don't think it makes any difference who wins this game Sat. night between NH and JH because they will both be playing again in the regional finals.

True both will be playing, but most times going in as a winner, you possibly could get a better draw.
