I don't know much about the case. That was just what I heard from a Knott Co. fan at work today. I thought it was alleged also. But who knows at this point. The only thing for sure is that they are not playing tonight!

When was the funeral scheduled. That may have been the reason, or maybe to just give the students (her friends) a little time off from activities.

Just to fill you all in--the young lady who passed away on Christmas Day was 15 year-old Judith Paige Johnson. She was the Granddaughter of former Kentucky First Lady Judy Patton. She's the daughter of her son from a previous marriage. She died at the home of another Grandmother in Pikeville.

It has been confirmed by former Governor Paul Patton that she died of Bacterial Menningitis. He said the family was notified on Tuesday of the cause of death. Her funeral was Wednesday afternoon.
