GRC 10-2 will take on Warren Central, 6-4 in the semi-finals of the AIT tonight. Your thoughts and predictions.

I like the way GRC is playing right now. This is there tournament to win.

Fatkin is emerging as a top Big man and Stenzel is steady. Looks like they are getting it done with Defense and they will have their hands full with Ashland's Corey Gregg if both teams can get to the finals.

To win today, GRC will need the same defensive performance as yesterday. I only saw a little of Warren Central game vs Lincoln but they looked tall and athletic. Rogers has been playing fantastic and will need to have another big game for the Cards.

Warren Central is very much like GRC in what they return from last years team. They lost 7 players to graduation. They return starter Donavan Halsel who is one of the top players in the 4th region. Look for players, Norman Johnson, Andre Bledsoe and Drake Riley to step in for the departed seniors. They also have a new coach as Tim Riley departed to take a position at WKU as assistant coach to the girls team.

Look for GRC to use their defense to controll the game. Got to hit the boards and not loose that battle. Look for a grinding game today.

I'll go with GRC yet again in a close one.

If it is close, our kids don't panic or get rattled. They step up thier defense and somehow pull out the wins. We do need to improve our Free Throws. Could have won the two losses we have if we hit our FT's.

Free-Throw shooting needs to improve as they move into Jan/Feb. That can and will be critical for future success.

Go Cards! Best of Luck tonight.
