How successful were they in 3 point shots?

Highlands shot very well from 3 today. I would guess they probably made 9-10 treys and shot over 40% from behind the arc.

Always good to get that 1st win out of the way.

Glad to see the boys make some shots and get their first win. Giving up 59 to a team that scores about 40 against above average teams should be a concern. Hopefully CN will be a shut down defender like in football so one player will not get 24 points against them.

They scored 61 on Brossart and they lead NKY in pts given up at a low of only 40 a game. The scored 70 less than 24 hrs later. Great job boys.

Went to the Brossart & Bracken Co. games and the Birds are a lot better than I expected. What they lack in size they make up for in quickness & hustle. The shooting from behind the arc can keep them in games and it is above avg. it seems. Most importantly the varsity, JV, and freshmen squads are filled with a bunch of fantastic young men that are high character and respectful. They make me proud to be a Highlands fan & alum! I wish them wins for the new year.
