Paducah Tilghman 57 Trigg County 7

Featured Replies

JD Harmon ran back three punts for touchdowns but only one counted. The other two were negated by penalties.

Tilghman's defense held Trigg to less than 100 yards of offense.

Harmon is the best special teams player I have seen in a long time.

Tilghman also had two pick sixes in the game

I don't know if Harmon compares to Tre Powell or Bubba Tandy, but he is very impressive.

This year, he is the best football player FC has faced and that includes the rosters at Christian County and Warren Central.

Success for PT goes through #7.

Powell was impressive, but he benefitted from players who knew how to block downfield. Harmon does most of his on his own. And I've never seen players bounce off a return man they way they do Harmon. I've seen all three and Harmon is the best of the three.

PT put a beatdown on TC. Congrats to the Tornadoes.

I listened to the WKDZ broadcast of this game. How is the young man doing that had to be transported in an ambulance? Listening from home, it sure seemed like a long time before the ambulance arrived. Must have been pushing 20 - 30 minutes.

I didn't realize that an ambulance on-site was not a KHSAA requirement.

No it is up to the individual school. Most ambulance services will charge a fee and the school decides whether or not to pay and have one on site.
