Yes, without having all the details, it's kind of hard to judge.

 

However, that being said...what I find shameful in this situation, is according to the story, the transfers occurred in the spring of 2011....but it took the OHSAA almost to gametime to determine their eligibility?!?!?! (Okay, 48 hours beforehand, but you get my point.) Surely to goodness it doesn't take that long to review/examine/investigate a transfer, does it?
