Henderson goes for 2 and the win in overtime, Reitz comes up with the stop.

 

Henderson played pretty good but 4 TO's cost them the game.

That would have been an impressive win for the Colonels. Since the end of the 2006 season Reitz has gone 53-3 and has only lost one regular season game which was to Owensboro in 2008. Over that stretch they have won two 4A state championships and were runner up last year.

 

I think that they have a game against Paducah Tilghman next week if I'm not mistaken. Maybe somebody from Kentucky can snap their regular season victory streak again.

Henderson's had them beat the past two years and gave it up in the 4th both years. The kids played hard and corrected alot problems they had against O'Cath in the scrimmage but still didn't fix the TO problem. You can't have 4 TO's and expect to beat anyone. The D bailed them out most of the night but gave up a 46 yard TD on a 4th down. Learn from it and get better.
