Final from Brooksville. Sara Sticklen leads the way with 21 pts & 12 rebs. Good balance from the freshmen, as Mallory Bell scores 11 pts with 3 steals to go along. Cassidy Jefferson with 10 pts, 5 rebs, & 4 blks. Emma Conley chips in 10 pts. Jordan Wills adds 8 pts, 4 rebs, & 3 assts.

Lady Bears finish the regular season with a 16-10 record. From my vantage point, an impressive year considering the loss of 7 seniors from last year's squad (including all five starters), and also the loss of lone senior Allana Ahrens who tore her ACL in January.

Along those lines, very nice gesture by both coaches Kelsch & Mitchell. Opening tip "given" to Bracken so that Ahrens (who was sporting crutches) can get a basket on senior night. Deming was then allowed to score a bucket. Two thumbs up to both coaches on that one. :thumb::thumb:

Good luck to the Lady Bears and Lady Devils as they head into District competition next week.

Seen were Kelsey Carmack go in some time hope everything goes well for both players.
