Cooper wins their first game of the season and the first game of the Dixie Heights Invitational Tournament.

 

Coioper was lead by Carly Smith with 18 points, Racheal King with 11 and Katey Pittman with 8.

 

Beechwood was lead by McCarthy with 25 points, Emily Pawsat with 11 points and Raquel Barry with 9 points.

 

Cooper will play Holy Cross on Thursday in the second round of the tournament.

Nice win for the Jags. Smith came up big in OT. Beechwood guards turned the ball over alot. Credit some to the Cooper D, and much to a lack of the Tigers ball handling skills.
