The game was a tight one and the boys played with a lot of heart. A fumble here, a missed assignment there and the ballgame could have been completely different. Congrats to SW on the win and to Rockcastle for showing they CAN play a little football.

Sounds like they played a very good game but just came up a little short papagrit. I wish you guys all the luck in the worl in the playoffs! Tell them boys of yours to keep knocking some heads around!

Great game by 2 very even teams. Luckily Rock tried some trickery and fumbled or Warriors would have been in trouble. Wildcat with # 20 and # 33 is very difficult to stop. Blocked punt before half was the difference in the game. I saw Rock earlier in the year and they are a much better team now with some younger players contributing. I hope the warriors can make some noise in the playoffs, good luck to both teams.

I look for Rockcastle to win their playoff game against Lawrence Co.

Rocks line played a very good game in my opinion. That was very key in the eveness of the game. The Lakes brothers are becoming a force to deal with and # 63 is only a freshmen.. Wren, Saylor and King are all sophomores. Could be very good in the future. # 41 for Southwestern is a beast on defense!!

Southwestern is a good football team and this a very good win after exerting alot of emotion in last week's district rival game. Rockcastle put up a good fight and is slowly getting back to their winning ways. Good job to both teams.

I'll certainly agree with that. Fowler or Faller I believe was his name, a tough cat to clean up after.

#52 Rob Lewis took over that game on defense in the 2nd Half

Anyone know who #50 for Rock is?

Chris Wren, a sophomore who has started for the last three or four games. Good kid.

papagrit good luck Friday. My brother-in-law coaches for Whitley now he is the big guy that coached at McCReary last year. Anyway, I wish you all luck and hope your boys have a great game!
