In other words this is a real down year for Lexington Football?

 

Considering the way Henry Clay and Scott County have played so far this season, I would have to say that Lexington football is considerably worse than usual.

I predicted a TC win. GRC beat Bryan Station easily the first game of the season and TC was ranked higher than GRC in our district. I too am supriese at the start that Henry Clay and Scott Co has had.

Tates Creek could have won by a much larger margin. Creek had at least 4 lost fumbles within the 30. Station scored a late touchdown against 2nd unit. Creek defense actually held Station O to negative yards first quarter however putting the ball on the ground so many times kept Station around. No doubt Lex football is down, however the Creek defense is very big and fast. Several kids getting D1 looks. Lafayette scored on special teams and was held to 59 yards rushing, Shelby was blanked in a rout and Station struggled to move the ball against first teamers. We will see how it goes from here, thus far Creek is on top.
