What does Todd County Central need to do to improve in

2010?

What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Not to be flippant, but Todd can only go up from their 0-11 season last year. They have a new coach and hopefully a new philosophy in the works. Unfortunately they are in a tough district with Fort Campbell and Owensboro Catholic, but should be competitive in most of their non-district games and should get some much needed experience and a few wins with their new system before they start district play.

Problem is, they seem to always have a new coach and a different philosophy. I think they need to have a new administrative philosophy. Coach Thomas was very successful in Tennessee at Springfield H.S. winning a State championship, so I don't think coaching was the problem. Until schools like this decide to have a winning program and demand change from an administrative level, its unlikely to change.
