Final from Russell County. Taylor Sears broke a 2-2 tie in the 5th inning with a 2 run double. Erik Manning tacked on an insurance run in the 6th with a solo homerun for the Briar Jumpers. Stephen Alexander went 5 innings for the win and sophomore Jarred Price pitched 2 scoreless innings for the save. Somerset improves to 6-0 on the year.

Nice win for the Jumpers over the defending 4th Region Champs on the road!
