I know a lot of people get on here, so I was wondering if you could answer a question for me.

 

I am trying to get Betsy Layne to start a flag football league, does anyone have the rules or legality to start one. Are they any problems? Can the high school run it?

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask. I would ask someone that has a flag league...then go from there. Good luck.
