Lafayette 111 South Floyd 66

Watched part of this game. SF is not very good, but it was a 15 point game at the half and Lafayette had a hard time putting together runs. Lafayette must have been looking to release some stress in the second half. One quick question, I thought that slapping of the backboard and hanging onto the rim were automatic T's. It seemed every third or fourth trip, Lafayette had somebody grabbing the rim to make it snap, but no calls were ever made.

You may hang on the rim after dunking the ball to prevent injury and this happened several times during that game......also when attempting to block a shot, if you slap the board then this is ignored...this also happened several times during that game.....hope this helps you out some....
