I totally agree. In this electronic age, it cannot be that difficult to get stats reported to the paper each week. Designate somone on your staff to do this. It is great PR for the school and most importantly great PR for the players.

If stats are not going to be reported correctly or updated then they should not be reported. Post season awards are often based on these stats and many times they are not correct. This can hurt a small town players chances at getting a deserved recognition. Either assign someone who can report them correctly and on a regular basis or don't report it at all. JMHO

I agree about the stats being reported correctly. It used to be that the coaches called them in ,now, i'm not sure. I would think it should fall to the rep for each school at the scorer's table.
