Final game of the KOB Friday night at Fairdale.

Tip is scheduled for 9:00.

Thoughts?

Know very little about the out of state teams in this tourney. Just know I will be pulling for Holmes in this one.:thumb:

I've done a little research on each out of state team and Holmes should have a significant height advantage in this match up.

Looking at McEachern's starting lineup, it looks like they want to get out and run and try to use their quickness. This could be a bad thing for the Indians.

I'd look for Holmes defense to be the difference:

Holmes- 57

McEachern- 50

I'm not sure that 57 to 50 is a score I would pick for two teams who want to get out and run, but I know nothing about McEachern.

What connection do they have to Kentucky?

Do they have any big time players?

McEachern starts the following lineup:

6'1 Roberts

6'1 Richards

6'3 Golden

6'4 Gist

6'5 Anderson

Roberts and Anderson are also football stars for McEachern. Anderson is a tight end and Roberts is an outside LB receiving interest from UConn, L'ville, and Georgia Tech.

Off the bench, you'll see:

5'10 Richardson

5'9 Fletcher

I thought the same thing about the Holmes/Memphis Central game and look at that final:

Holmes 45 Memphis Central 40

Not many teams are going to score over 50 points on Holmes. Their length and athleticism defensively makes it extremely tough on the opposition.
