Flyers advance to play Danville Wednesday night in Frankfort. Bryce Burton scored 5 minutes into the game and the Flyers defended well the rest of the game to hold on for the victory.

 

Late in the second half the Flyers seemed to have scored their second goal when a long shot was collected by Dunbar's keeper and forcing him across the goal line with the ball, but the side ref said it didnt completely cross the line.

Bryce Burton should be mentioned as one of the top players in the state of Kentucky. Coach Zac Donnelly has turned this program into a contender and is doing a fantastic job.

Great job Flyers. They are a well-coached team and have one of the top finishers in Burton. I believe the defense, including mid-field play has been a major difference for the Flyers. They are very hard to score on.

Adam Jones is a beast on defense. I don't think many would want to mess with him. He is a homegrown Franklin County farmer. He is tougher than a tobacco stick and been harvestin pumpkins since he learned how to walk.
