South won in straight sets. Both were very competitive sets that went back and forth. Very exciting match.

Frosh: North 2 South 1

Congrats to SL! How many kills did Burchett have for SL?

Congrats to SL! How many kills did Burchett have for SL?

Not sure, but believe she had at least 5. She controlled the net and is a VERY solid player. The last time they played, Gaines led them in kills with several. This time, Burchett took over. It is pick your poison with South.

Also, congratulations to Emily Gaines who became the school's all time leader in digs. She is just a tremendous athlete, regardless of sport.

Thanks for the info! Good luck to SL and NL in upcoming tourney play!
