This was a good ballgame. All tied up at 14 at the half. Meade took the lead late in the third 21-20, but could not answer the Tiger final two scores. Creek showed a lot of speed and finally wore out the Greenwave. Fern Creek has something that we and many teams do not have, and that is a deffense and a offense. That sure makes a difference in the fouth quarter. Meade has 9 players that never came off the field. We might want to think about subbing more in the games to come.

I am proud of the way both teams played this game,. Like I said in an earlier post, we will be tough when it comes to district play. Fern Creek will be hard to beat this year with such a balanced attack with the run and pass.

Good luck Tigers you played a heck of a game!:thumb:

Keep your heads up Greenwave, keep doing what your doing and all will be fine.:thumb:

7 points or so less of a difference than I predicted. Good showing by the Green Wave.

I listen to it on the radio, to keep it close as long as they did showed Meade had lots of heart and like Jeb said got worn down. Good luck the rest of the year to the Wave.
