Final.

The final score was the halftime score. Uneventful game after the break.

Tre Harris was taken from the field by ambulance in the first half. Does anyone have any word on how he might be?

Tough loss for the Titans. They are a young team that will get better in time. Eric Shaw had a good game. I think he had around 130 yards on the ground. I'd love to see Mercer County pass the ball a lot more. 38 carries for 93 yards isn't going to cut it. The heat may be on Bill Mason early this season.

News said he wasn't seriously injured and was stable after the helmet-to-helmet hit he suffered. Prayers are with him for a speedy recovery.

That's good to hear. I had heard it was helmet to helmet, but I was in the opposite end zone and didn't see the collision. He's a good kid and we were all hoping they were taking extra precautions to be safe.
