Bears start season with loss to Carroll County,but are able to do something they haven't done much of in the past and that is actually score points(21). What are their chances against Fairview? What kind of offense does Fairview run and who are players to look our for? Thanks.

Isn't Fairview better than this,especially at home? How far is the drive from Brooksville?

It will be aleast a 2+ hr drive.

Fairview is a good team. They play in a very strong 1A district with LCA and Raceland. Fairview runs a Spread Wing T, that is pretty affective. They will run 70/30 and expect a lot of jet sweeps, they have two pretty fast half backs and they like that off Tackle and sweep play. They play hard and should win this game by a good margin, I would say in the 24-30 point range.

 

Two hour drive, get there early, parking is at a premium at Fairview.

I like Fairview in this one. The long drive may hurt BC a little, but I think the Eagles will be somewhat improved from last year. I'm not sure how strong the offense will be, but they are getting good at scoring when they need to. And parking is a premium when the Rams come a calling, should be plenty of space in the back lot, there is when Boyd County comes to Fairview.
