Jesse James Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Who will be strong this year on a state level? Marion County has their young group coming back and will contend for the 5th region. Manual will again be strong. Franklin Simpson returns Gooch and should be at the top of the 4th with Bowling Green. Lincoln County and Rockcastle both should be strong from the 12th. Who else?
kyrecruiter Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 North Hardin --if Smiley returns, may challenge Marion Co. for 5th region title Louisville Mercy--hard nose style of play, aggressive defense Casey Co.-- Megan Pittman is the REAL DEAL.. Franklin Co. Sacred Heart--has entire unit back, played Marion Co. tough this summer Madison Central--young, but if they can gel, they make noise in March Christian Academy of Louisville-- need a PG to replace Buchanan Fort Thomas Highlands--has good inside/outside duo... See some other teams who can make noise with a little help too..
magicfan217 Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 (edited) I think you could add Dunbar to the list...Rowe is a player, although I'm not sure what they have back with her. IMO, Louisville Christian and Marion County are the early teams to beat.... Edited August 13, 2009 by Ram Rule 13
bballgurl Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I think you can add Boone County with the addition of Sydney Moss to the team this year, returning three starters too!
