What does Monticello need to do to improve in 2009/2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I know they have a REALLY good player in senior Derrik Peyton, he has been in the top 10 in the state the past few seasons for rebounding and scoring.

Monticello needs to find some chemistry from what I've seen they don't seem to play like a team at times.
