5thIndian Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 Very sorry to hear about the death of #3 Cameron Irving. I pray for the family and all involved in this tragic accident. As an Adair county Indian fan I admired his tough man to man defense he played on our point guard Nick Fudge, I thought that was key to your victory against us @ N.Hardin game. With 2 yrs left his best was yet to come, he was going to lead that team to great things. I heard on the radio he was an Campbellsville native, I think his dad played for Campbellsville H.S. God bless his family and teammates.
dawgs83 Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 This is very sad news. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. His father Derico Irvin is a current Asst. Principal at Fairdale High School. He had Just recently re-married. He is well respected at Fairdale. This news has also been devasting to his colleagues. Also his uncle Montrelle Irvin is the basketball coach at Shawnee H.S. Keep this family in your prayers. They are wonderful people and are going to need a lot of support.
mine eyes Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 I spoke with an assistant coach at North Hardin, the school and community are devastated by the loss, really seemed to be a great kid !!!!!!
