Of the Northern Kentucky teams playing in The Bluegrass State Games Volleyball Tournament , Campbell Co. , Ryle , Boone Co. , Simon Kenton , Scott , and Newport Central Catholic have advanced to the Gold Bracket .

Highlands and Cooper have advanced to the Silver Bracket .

Pendleton Co. , Bellevue , Bishop Brossart and Covington Holy Cross have advanced to the Bronze Bracket .

Scott and Newport Central Catholic are still alive in the gold bracket and will play on Sunday at noon . Scott plays Louisville Holy Cross , Newport Central Catholic plays Eastern . The only other NKy team still alive as of 8pm was Highlands in the Silver Bracket . Don't know what they did though .

Covington Holy Cross is still alive in the Bronze Bracket .

NCC lost to Eastern 21-12, 21-12. The Breds have a lot of hard work to do.

Lou. Holy Cross beat Scott.

Lou. Holy Cross and Dunbar in Gold finals.
