What does Highlands need to do to improve in 2009/2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Last season for Towles, Allen, and Cutter. Connor (Jr.) is very good PG. They will need solid contibution from some younger players. I'm not sure how how many Jrs. are returning. Anyone have any info on them?

I really think they need to learn how to win when it counts. I know that sounds simplistic, but the bottom line is the original group of stars are going to be seniors. Three years ago this group was touted as a possible three time winner of the region, and the bottom line is they haven't even reached the region finals. They play very well during the season, but when tourney time comes they seem to tighten up. Don't know the solution, but they could wind up like the Holy Cross group of a few years ago of Bass, Lantry, Noll, etc. who won a ton of games but never a region title.
