I would say for the most part of it handily, but the thing I liked is, even though Whitley was up 2-0 in the first, they never gave up. I wasn't impressed with their pitching or hitting but the defense seemed pretty solid, and I'm sure Ledington will have them ready come tourny time.

Whitley only made 1 error in the game. Corbin just hit the ball really well and seemed to find all the gaps and holes. The Colonels hit the ball okay but just couldn't find a gap. Pitching did hurt them in this one. Senior Dave Rose couldn't throw due to an injury and I am supposing Ledington saved Clifford for todays game. Anyway, good effort from the Colonels.

Corbin did flat out knock the cover off the ball, they can look good at the plate one day and then turn around the next and look like the bad news bears.
