East plays Trigg in Week 10 this year. I am curious to hear what Wetsider has to say about them.

They lost a lot of their skill people on offense. Both rushers, their QB and two leading WRs. Defensively, they have more coming back but wont be as explosive as years past. It's their first true rebuilding year in a while
