North Oldham vs. Trimble Co.

Featured Replies

Does anyone have any stats on last night game? I know that North Oldham won by 12.

Unofficial Pegasus Sports Stats

North Oldham 20 16 20 16 - 72

Trimble Co. 13 18 13 16 - 60

North Oldham - Foley 21, St. Julien 14, Rowan 10, Tingle 7, Menke 6, Feuquay 6, Clausen 4, Creech 2, Tuller 2

Trimble County - Law 26, Webb 15, Sullivan 6, Turner 5, Kidwell 4, Adair 4

Notes:

- North was a bit gimpy. Two starters (Watson and Menefee) did not play, and a key sub - Rowan - was slowed by a quad injury.

- Despite North's size advantage up-front, Trimble did a remarkably good job on the glass, using their quickness. Unofficially, we had North winning the battle of the boards just 33-29. Feuquay and Tingle did lead all rebounders with 8 apiece, however. Webb had 7 for Trimble.

- North had a torrid night at the line, connecting on 13 of 15 (86.7%).

- The North big men completely shut down Trimble's center, Coartney, who managed 0 points and only 4 boards.

- Justin Webb was very impressive off the Trimble bench, hitting 6 of 10 shots from the floor, 3 of 5 at the line (15 points), and grabbing a team high 7 boards.

- Aaron Law also shot the ball exceedingly well for the Raiders, connecting on 11 of 20 (plus 2 of 2 at the line) for 26 points.

- North won the "turnover war", (unofficially), with 9 turnovers to Trimble's 16.
