Just an outsider's opinion... this school/program needs to totally transform its culture in order to do well. Dunbar should be one of the best football programs in the state on a consistent basis, and yet they are less than mediocre.... wow. There is something strange going on at Dunbar, and it has nothing to do with a lack of players, location, poor talent pool, or private school competition.

It has a lot to do with having 5 head coaches in 9 years.... There is no consistancy.

Why? Just because they got the most boys of any public school? It doesnt matter how many boys you have if they dont want to play football.

It seems there are quite a few schools that struggle with the consistency problem. Are they not supported by the administration?
