I honestly don't think it has happened since, has it? The coaches and players have too much respect for the opponent to sing on the field.

I remember them singing on the field at Putnum a few years ago, that is the only other time that I have seen it.

I can see where that this game was very big in changing Raceland in their program today going into Putnam Stadium and getting a win over the defending state champs.

During my senior year at Raceland we would sing "the song" after every victory as were running off the field (including the Ashland win). Nothing sounded better after a hard fought football game then those 5 magical words a senior would yell.... "Let me ask you Hank"..... I still get goosebumps. Great Tradition.
