NCC06
NCC took a big lead when Ludlow sat in a 3-2 zone. Ludlow turned the ball over due to the NCC press. This was a very physical game.
20/20Hindsight
This was a very physical game. Indeed it was. This was quite possibly the most physical game I can recall having ever seen. The refs seemed to let it get out of control. I can think of at least two times where girls were tackled (not an exaggeration) while going for a loose ball with no call being made. These were pretty blatant fouls, so I'm not sure why none of the refs felt the need to blow the whistle. Anyone in attendance want to shed some light on this? All in all, though not the outcome I was hoping for, it was a hard fought game on both sides. No doubt the 9th region will be well represented in Richmond. NKU20
Ludlow is very big and physical, I can see why they got to the finals, but the NCC guards were just too quick for them. Edited January 18, 2009 by NKU20 insert
