With close to a third of the season gone, what changes do you see in the top ten?

I think the original top 10 was pretty accurate if I do say so myself.

 

I'd definitely move Pineville into the top 10 and probably drop Lynn Camp at this point. Harlan County should drop a spot or two. Barbourville and Williamsburg are pretty close to the top 10.
