They sent us to see a independent physican that they employ to review the case. Our lawyer said that this would happen because he had dealt with this physican on other occasions and he always sides with workmans comp. They pay his salary. I took my wife to see him and this guy was rude and condescending to us. He treated my wife like dirt. His final word was my wife could go back to work. ... If you could see the MRI you would wonder where this man got his liscense.

I know the worry you are going through. When PH lost his legs, we really did not know what we would do. It took about 4 years for him to get his VA compensation. I had to stop working to be with him. It was horrible. If it had not been for BGP and prayers along with some help, we would not even be in our home. It seems like things just take care of themselves and it all works out. It was when I finally stopped worrying about what we were going to do and gave it all to God is when things started to turn around. I used to stay sick all the time because I was not wanting PH to know how bad it really was. God be with you all and lift your burdens.
