As we head into district play, who do you think will be the 9th Region representative at this year's state volleyball tournament? You would have to consider Notre Dame the favorite but St. Henry always seems to manage a stiff challenge in the regional tournament. Can the CRU pull the upset or can someone else come from out of the pack and win?

NDA is playing great ball right now. They should be heavy favorites to win the 9th. I think St Henry will give it everything they have, but, hey, you never know! They need to block extremely well against NDA and force the Pandas out of their game plan. Bree Popham and Leslie Shellhaus are they key backrow players for NDA. If they're on their game the Pandas win. NDA in 2, 25-19, 25-18

 

Lets see how the regional brackets come out. Hopefully St Henry and Notre Dame will be on opposite sides of the bracket.

Does NCC have any chance for contention? Didn't they just win the all A state?

Regardless of how well NCC plays, there is no way they win the 9th region championship. They are in the 10th region.

Anything can happen in the matchup between ND and St. H. Between those two and NCC they have by far separated themselves from the rest of NKY. These three teams could play matches all yr long and one would be suprised by the evenly matched outcomes, no one team would dominate. With that said, I cant really see where ND would be a heavy favorite in this one and this could go either way. Either way NKY will be represented by some very good teams this yr during the state tourney.

St Henry is not getting any love in the voting here . I would really like to see who the 1 vote in the other column is for .
