Bell County 65 Madison Southern 0

Recommended Posts

This sounds like it was a hard game to watch. Listened to it on the radio. Rebel 88 Dudley started putting in young kids throughout the first quarter. The young kids played the intire second half except for the first series of the second half. Bell Co was off last week so they needed to get in after half time probably because of the big game this week.

Bell Co's young kids were in very early. some of our key defenders was in after half, mostly due to the off week, cant understand the reasoning behind Greer being in midway through the 3rd though. But, don't be fooled, it wasn't as if we were trying to run the score up, opening kick was returned for 6, they were in bad field position throughout the first quarter (two int's, bad punts). Bell Co. Sophomore linebacker Josh Brown had a very nice INT returned for a TD in the second quarter I believe. (not a starter, but looks like he's gonna be a good one)

As for Greer, remember he is coming off an injury, and probably needed some playing time to get in rhythm...Bell only ran 8 offensive plays in first half. He had not had much work in first half. He had not played for three weeks.
